By using welded wire mesh, our ArtWeld Gabions are stronger and hold their shape better than other types. The strength of welded wire mesh also has the following advantages:

Allows for careful machine filling

Easily maintain face alignment

Allows larger sizes to be manufactured (up to 24'L x 6'W x 3'H), which means fewer seams to connect in the field.

Simple field cuts to suit site conditions without compromising the structural strength of the basket.

It is not uncommon for us to offer ArtWeld Gabions as a repair after a scour/storm event or other type of gabion failure.
