How to install welded gabion box?

1. The ends, diaphragms, front and rear panels are placed vertically on the bottom of the wire mesh.

2. Thread the spiral adhesive into the mesh of the adjacent panel to secure the panel.

3. The stiffener should be placed at the corner, 300mm away from the corner. Provides diagonal support and crimps on lines and crossovers on the front and sides. Inner cells don't need anything.

4. Fill the gabion box with grading stones by hand or with a shovel.

5. After filling, close lid and secure with spiral adhesive on septum, ends, front and back.

6. When the layers of welded gabion boxes are stacked, the cover of the lower layer can be used as the base of the upper layer.
